The catalytic spectrophotometric method which related to enzyme mimic and its application in analysis chemistry were investigated. The recent study in our lab was found that hemoglobin and cyclodextrin \|hemin had high catalytic activity like that of peroxidase and higher catalytic activity than that of hemin. In the presence of surfactants, the catalytic activity was increased and some phenomena about the intermediate in enzymatic kinetic reaction, which could not be observed in non\|micelle solution, can be detected.
