The strains HQW01 and HQW02 were isolated from Hui-quan Bay,Qingdao City.They were identified as Phaeodactylum tricornutum and Isochrysis galbana respectively based on the morphology characteristics and systematics analysis.The effect of different concentrations of Fe3+ on their growth and lipid accumulation were detected by absorbance and fluorescence intensity respectively.The results showed that the strain HQW01 had the highest growth rate and lipid content at 1×10-4 mol/L Fe3+ concentration and the lipid content was 47.3% which was 4.2 times compared with the controlled.For strain HQW02,the optimal concentration of Fe3+ was 1×10-5 mol/L and the lipid content increased to 41.9% which was 2.8 times compared with the controlled.These two microalgal strains which had higher lipid content could be the materials to produce biodiesel. 微藻 18SrRNA Fe3+ 脂质积累 尼罗红荧光染色法 microalgae 18S rRNA Fe3+ lipid accumulation nile red spectrofluorimetry 10.14188/j.1671-8836.2010.03.002 Q945 国家自然科学基金资助项目（50321402） 2010-03-01 2021-04-01 3 56
