N-doped Titanium dioxide(TiO2) nanotube arrays were formed by electrochemical anodization and wet chemical method by using ammonia as N source. The visible light photocatalytic property of the catalysts was studied by the experiment of degradation of hexachlorobenzen(HCB) wastewater. The photocatalytic factors as the species of nitrogen
the amount of nitrogen
calcination temperature
pH of the solution and the concentration of HCB were discussed
and the stability of N-doped TiO2 was also investigated. The results show that the photocatalytic properties is the best when 1.0 mol/L ammonia solution was used as N source under the condition of 450 ℃ calcinations temperature on the neutral condition.N-doped TiO2 catalysts show good photocatalytic properties after 6 cycles.
