20-dioxime were synthesized from the raw material of 16α
17α-epoxyprogesterone in ethanol medium with 16α
17α-epoxyprogesterone and different dosage of hydroxylamine hydrochloride respectively at 55 ℃ by way of stirrer
and their yields reached up to 68.58% and 55.96%.These two compound structures were characterized by IR
UV
MS
1H NMR
13C NMR
135° DEPT and elemental analysis.The results of the antimicrobial activities of epoxyprogesterone-3-oxime and epoxyprogesterone-3
20-dioxime inhibited the growth of testing bacterias and sterilized them especially against Staphylococcus aureus 25925 and Salmonella typhimurium 50013.
