摘要

本文探讨了高校人才培养模式和社会人才需求不匹配的问题和产生的主要原因

阐述了搭建高校人才培养与企业人力资源需求信息化互动平台的意义和必要性

最后提出了人才培养和人力资源需求互动模型

给出了互动平台的设计要点和总体方案.

Abstract

Firstly

this paper discusses the problems of dismatch between college’s talent training and social human resources demand

analyses the main reasons;t hen

expounds the significance of building college talent cultivation and the enterprise human resources demand information interaction platform.Finally we put out the design key points and programme of the interactive platform for talent cultivation and human resources needs.
