摘要

调查了上海市高校信息化专业队伍的基础状况

调查发现:从个体层面看

队伍具有年龄结构轻、专业化程度高、工作满意度低等显著特点

在此基础上分析了当前高校信息化技术支撑队伍职业发展的困境:主要聚焦于工作定位不清晰、工作压力剧增和职业发展体系不健全

并从个体和外部环境两个层面提出了加强高校信息化专业队伍建设的建议和对策.

Abstract

This paper investigates career status of informatization technology support staff in the universities of Shanghai and analyzes their difficulties in career development.The author proposes to strengthen team building from individual and organization perspective.
