摘要

《教育部关于国家精品开放课程建设的实施意见》出台后

全国众多高校纷纷响应

相继申报、建设了众多开放课程

并建立了开放课程平台

将课程资源放在平台上让学习者共享.本文以中国大学开放课程网站"爱课网"为例

较详细地分析和总结了当前我国精品开放课程建设现状和存在的问题

进一步提出了问题的解决策略和办法.

Abstract

After the release of the Ministry of Education’s view on the implementation of the national quality open courseware

many universities made response to this policy.Those universities had already applied for and constructed many open courses.And they also built network platforms for the open courses so that the learners from all over the world can access the platform to share the open courses very easily without any other requirements.This essay analyzed the situation of the construction of the national open course

found some problems during the course construction

and tried to find some ways to solve the problems in the essay.
