摘要

从国外高校财务公开现状、我国高校财务公开的现实意义与现状、高校财务公开的手段等方面进行分析

提出了以发展和完善新一代财务信息系统为主要手段进行高校财务信息公开的建议.

Abstract

The authors analyzed the problem from the following aspects:the present situation of financial disclosure in foreign colleges

the practical significance and the present situation of financial disclosure in our own colleges

means of financial disclosure and so on.The authors also put forward to the suggestion to develop a new generation offinancial information system as the main method for the college financial disclosure.
