摘要

本文针对校园网用户使用个人电脑、平板电脑和智能手机观看高清网络视频的趋势

提出了建立支持多种终端和高清视频的校园网络电视服务系统.分析了H.264编码标准、HLS和RTMP流媒体传输协议的特点

介绍了网页流媒体播放框架的优越性.详细介绍了新型校园网络电视服务系统的总体架构设计以及各部分设计

重点介绍了系统性能设计与实现中难点问题和解决方法.

Abstract

As more and more users within campus network watching high definition video by personal computers

tablets or smart phones

this article introduces a campus network TV service system supports multiple devices and highdefinition video.This article analyzes the characteristics of H.264codec

HLS and RTMPmedia transfer protocols

introduces the advantages of using web based media streaming playback framework.What is more

this article details theoverall architecture of system design and the module design

and focuses on the system design and the implementationof performance issues and details the solution.
