摘要

本科"导师制"成为培养能力、提高素质的人才培养模式在国内不少高校中得以实行.本文在分析现本科"导师制"在实行中存在的一些问题基础上

提出了一种松散型本科"导师制"

体现在导师构成、学生构成、师生关系上的松散

强调大众教育与精英教育的结合

最大程度激发学生学习兴趣

有利于学生创新能力、科研能力的培养

同时有利于师生教学相长.

Abstract

The undergraduate’s tutorial system has become a talent cultivation mode in domestic colleges to devolop the studtens’abilities.Based on the problems of the undergraduate’s tutor system

we propose a kind of loose tutor system whith reflected in the teacher structure

composition

relationship between teachers and students are loose

and it emphasize the public education and elite education combination

the greatest stimulates the student to study the interest

which is beneficial to the improvement of the students’innovation ability

and it is helpful to the mutual improvement of teachers and students.
