摘要

在当前高等教育大众化背景下

探讨了电子信息类精英人才培养的内涵

提出了电子信息类精英人才培养的一种模式

重点讨论了如何在大众化高等教育条件下实施精英人才的培养

从全天候实验室开放体系建设、课程考核机制创新和师资教材建设等方面提出了一些思路

并进行了大量的探索和实践.对在大众化高等教育阶段资源有限情况下

提高资源利用效率

开展精英人才培养有着一定的实用参考价值.

Abstract

Based on the current background of mass higher education

this paper makes an exploratory study on the connotations of electronic elites training

and puts forward a model for training.It discusses how to carry out the training of elites under the condition of mass higher education with the emphasis on the construction of full-time opening laboratory system

the innovation of course examination mechanism and the construction of teaching staff and teaching materials.By making a lot of exploration and practice

this paper has a practical reference value on enhancing the rates of resource utilization efficiency

and training elite talents

under limited resources in the phase of mass higher education.
