The development process in the subject of electronic and information engineering at our school was analyzed
and professional guiding ideology of reform and construction and specific measures were proposed in regard to the teaching team
teaching reform
practice studying
and tutorial system reform.Through enhancing connotation and hard skills
a teaching team was formed consisting of professional academic leaders
backbone teachers in various curriculums
with a result that the proportion of senior teacher increased from 10.53% to 50.00% since the specialty was first established in 2007.Then
relying on the"tutorial system"and focusing on the enhancement of ability
an intellectual training system was formed where student-oriented teaching method was adopted
which proved to be a success.In 2009
the course of "Communication Theory"was appraised as excellent course at the provincial level.The change from’toiling among books’ to"do it with hands" enriched the productions of experimentally-based teaching.Driving by the initiative of job-hunting
the studying interest was aroused
which directly increased the employment rate for the graduates
with an average employment rate of 93.1% in the last three years.The specialty construction and reform have been recognized by the society and the intellectual training market.As a successful example
electronic and information engineering specialty construction provided a reference for relevant specialties.
