本文依托重庆市级特色专业(电子信息工程专业)建设和重庆市教学改革重大项目
围绕电子信息工程专业应用型人才的能力培养主线
以提升学生的"多维能力"(创新能力、实践能力、社会适应能力、团队协作能力、具有国际视野的能力等)为途径
以培养电子信息工程专业"即插即用"应用型高级专门人才为目标
开展了一系列的教学改革与探索.文章构建了"按类招生、211分段培养"人才培养模式
打破了传统专业间的界限;构建并实施了"基础平台+专业模块"的理论教学体系
优化了现行的理论课程教学体系
适应了教育个性化的趋势;提出并实施了"人才培养方案"+"实践能力培养"的教学体系
构建了"多层次、多类别"实践教学体系
形成了"以培养方案为根本
辅以实践能力培养补充方案"的培养模式
解决了教学中理论课程与实践课程的结合不紧密的问题
确保了学生的"多维能力"得到同步提升.教学改革在校内完成了3个轮次(5年以上)的教学循环
从实际运行的各项观测指标来看
学生的整体素质、多维能力、社会认可度等都呈明显的上升趋势
本校直接受益的电子信息工程专业学生为512多人
间接受益的"电气信息类"学生1500余人.
This paper rely on the Chongqing municipal specialty(Electronic Information Engineering) construction and teaching reform of major projects in Chongqing
circumfuse the main line that cultivate application ability of Electronic information engineering specialty talents
enhance students’ multidimensional ability(ability to innovate

so as to develop "plug and play" applied advanced expertise in the Electronic and Information Engineering launched a series of educational reform and exploration.This paper build a "class enrollment

breaking the boundaries between the traditional professional;advance and implement a "basic platform combined with professional modules" teaching system
Optimize existing teaching system
adapts to the educational trend of personalization;builds a multi-level
multi-class practice teaching system
advances and implements a personnel training program combined with the "practical capacity-building" teaching system.It also optimzed the "multi-level
multi-class" practice teaching system
formed a "Training program as a fundamental
complemented by practical ability to develop complementary programs" training model
achieve the goal of focus on the abilities of students
the cultivation of the spirit of innovation
solve the problem of teaching in the combination of theoretical courses and practical courses
ensure the enhance of student’s "multi-dimensional ability".Reform of teaching in schools completed the three rounds(five years) teaching cycle
