摘要

结合河北工业大学电子与通信工程非全日制工程硕士招生与培养现状

基于多年的培养实践与探索经验

就如何加强工程硕士培养管理、提升培养质量进行简要论述

同时介绍本专业领域工程硕士的培养特色和效果

并分析了培养中存在的问题及应对之策.以期抛砖引玉

吸引更多人关注本专业的建设

这对拓宽本专业领域工程硕士教育的发展空间、规范培养工作、提高培养质量具有重要意义.

Abstract

Considering the enrollment and cultivation of non-fulltime engineering master students in electronics and communication engineering of Hebei University of Technology

this paper briefly discusses how to strengthen the management of engineering masters and how to improve the cultivation quality of engineering master based on years of training and exploration experience.This paper also illustrates the characteristics and effect of engineering master cultivation

and analyzes the problems in cultivation procedure.The object is to attract more attention to concern the specialty construction

which is important to broaden the education development space

standardize the cultivation work

and improve the cultivation quality.
