摘要

按照我国建设创新型国家、走新型工业化道路的战略要求

高等学校需紧密结合经济社会的快速发展

在改革和改造传统学科和专业的基础上

加强工程型、应用型学科的专业建设

积极探索和研究工程型人才培养模式.2011级起东华大学电子信息工程专业按卓越工程师培养计划进行培养

文中对其培养目标、知识体系、基本教学条件、企业培养方案

以及一年来的实践情况进行了介绍和说明.

Abstract

According to our country’s strategic requirements to construct innovative country

and to develop new type of industrialization

the universities should be closely integrated with the rapid development of the economic society.On the basis of transforming the traditional subjects

they should construct more engineering and application-oriented subjects

and study the training method of the engineering talents actively.Since 2011

the Specialty of Electronic Information Engineering of Donghua University has been training the students according to the plan of excellent engineers.This article introduces and explains the goal of the plan

the knowledge system

the basic education condition

the training plan of the enterprise

and the practice of the plan in the past year.
