This paper presents the necessity to execute the bilingual teaching in Microelectronics and the keynotes to follow in the course of bilingual teaching.All these ideas are coming from the features of Microelectronics and the bilingual teaching experiences of other major courses in China’s educational reform.In view of the above
this paper puts forward four points:to impart major knowledge as the core;to takes the step by step teaching method;to choose appropriate foreign original teaching material;to raise the level of bilingual teachers.It will provide an objective lesson and reference in bilingual teaching of Microelectronics.
