摘要

针对通信领域对人才的需求

对河北工业大学通信工程特色专业培养方案在课程体系、课程设置、实践教学等方面进行了改革.介绍了以培养学生创新思维、满足不同人才培养需求为目标的培养方案改革原则

阐述了基于通识教育、专业教育、综合教育及创新教育4个层次的培养方案总体框架

对专业方向设置、课程整合及实践环节的改革思路、内容及实施办法进行了探讨.改革后的培养方案注重理论与实践的结合

体现了以人为本、多元化人才培养的思想.

Abstract

Aiming at the demand of qualified talents in communication field

the communication engineering characteristic specialty education scheme of Hebei University of Technology is reformed for its curriculum system

course setting and practical teaching.Principles of reform which cultivate innovative thinking and satisfy different demands for talents are emphasized.General framework of education scheme based on general education

specialty education

comprehensive education and innovation education is expounded.Reform thought and content of curricula and practice setting about specialty direction

curriculum integration and practice stages are discussed.Reformed education scheme emphasizes the combination of theory and practice

and thoughts of student-oriented and diversified talent training are embodied showed.
