介绍了我国工程教育专业认证制度建设的主要内容、认证的功能与作用

结合重庆理工大学电子信息工程专业对现阶段我国高等教育存在的不利于人才培养的主要因素进行了分析

并从深化教育教学改革、明确专业特色、加强师资队伍建设等方面

提出高校应通过加强自身建设

提高为社会培养高质量人才能力的一些建议.

This paper briefly introduces the main content

functions and the role of the constraction of engineering education certification system construction

combined with electronic information engineering of Chongqing University of Technology

analyzes the main factors to talents training of higher education in our country at present stage

and brings forward some advice that the university should strengthen themselves

improve for cultivating the high quality talented person ability from deepening education teaching reform

clarify professional features

and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff

etc.
