如何培养具有创新能力和创新精神的高素质人才是一个既具理论研究与实践探索价值的重大课题
也是高校在推进研究生培养中亟须解决的一个问题.本文针对我校研究生在实践能力、创新能力、沟通表达能力等方面存在的不足
提出研究生培养模式应从课程教学、创新平台构建及产学研联合实践基地建设等方面入手
加强研究生实践能力的培养

How to develop high-quality talent who has innovative spirit and capabilities is a major issue bearing both theoretical and practical significance
which is also a problem to be solved for colleges and universities to promote the training efficiency of post-graduate students.In this paper
based on the fact that shortcomings and inefficiency exit among students at our university as to capabilities in practice
creation
expression and communication and so on
we propose that postgraduate training model should start from curriculums
construction of innovation platform and the practice base for production
learning and research
aiming to strengthen postgraduate’s practical abilities
and thus enhance their ability in research and innovation.
