采用高效液相色谱技术对19批不同产地的厚朴药材样品中6种苯丙素类化合物含量进行分析,并研究了6种苯丙素类化合物清除自由基、抗菌及抗炎的功效。结果表明,6种苯丙素类化合物在不同产地的厚朴药材样品中含量均较高,其中和厚朴酚含量在尖叶型中整体高于凹叶型;4种苯乙醇苷类化合物DPPH自由基清除活性明显优于2种木质素类化合物厚朴酚与和厚朴酚,但前者并无抑菌效果;厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的抑菌能力均很强,抗炎活性也显著强于4种苯乙醇苷类化合物,且具有明显的细胞毒活性。
Six penylpropanoids in 19 batches of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex samples from different regions were determined by a high-performance liquid chromatography method, and the free radical scavenging, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory activities of six penylpropanoids were tested. Results show that the contents of six phenylpropanoids are all high in Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex from different areas, and honokiol contents in ,Magnolia officinalis, bark are significantly higher than that in ,M. officinalis, subsp. ,biloba, bark,., DPPH radical scavenging activities of four phenylethanoid glycosides are all stronger than that of two lignin compounds magnolol and honokiol, but the phenylethanoid glycosides have no bacteriostasis. Magnolol and honokiol have more obvious antibacterial activities, their anti-inflammatory activities are stronger than that of four phenylethanoid glycosides, and they also have considerable cytotoxicity.
